Los Lejanos is a boat/ performance project built from scratch. The idea is to explore the feeling of wanting to return to your homeland but being unable to. The final performance of Los Lejanos would ideally be sailing it to Mexico through the Rio Grande filled with items that immigrant community members want to send back to Mexico.
